This was Tim's first attempt at a hollow form turning.  The walls are approximately 0.040  inch thick at the entrance and 1/4" at the base.  There is an Amboyna ring at the top.

This piece really shows off the Curly Maple, and looks like it has 3D ripples in the wood.
